3-in-1 Plate

The 3-in-1 Plate is a versatile hydrogel insert that simplifies spheroid/organoid formation, ECM integration, and drug testing, all in a single platform. It enables disturbance-free solution exchanges and in situ IHC analysis, reducing the risk of losing spheroids. The microwells of the insert ensure uniform models and require fewer cells to form organoids, eliminating the need for passaging. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including coculture, invasion studies, drug screening, assays, and imaging. Compared to traditional 2D cell culture, 3D cell culture in the 3-in-1 Plate better mimics the in vivo tissue microenvironment, resulting in more accurate gene expression profiles and increased cell communication, proliferation, and survival rates. The platform is compatible with in-situ immunostaining, fluorescence microscopy, and downstream cytometry and omics analysis.
