Karolinska Institutet's stem cell research team, led by Prof. Katarina Le Blanc, has pioneered the mesenchymal stromal cells field for over two decades. Based on their experience, Cellcolabs has been granted GMP-ATMP certification and Tissue establishment approval by the Swedish MPA, and industrialized the production of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells.
