PELOPaper: A 3D ex vivo model in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Kanari et al. (2025) developed a 3D bone marrow mimic by co-culturing childhood Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patient derived leukemic cells with human mesenchymal stromal cells and endothelial cells arranged into vasculature-like networks.
