Extragel is suitable for Advanced 2D, 3D, and in vivo applications e.g. angiogenesis, stem cell maintenance and differentiation, tumor formations and more.

  • High safety: Tested negative for LDEV, fungi, bacteria, and mycoplasma, conveniently used in the lab without involving pollutants.
  • Lot-to-lot consistent: Strict quality inspection to ensure product stability, consistency, and reliability in performance between different batches.

Each Lot would be conformed by:

  • Protein concentration: more/equal than/to 8 mg/mL
  • Gelation within 30 minutes at 37 °C
  • Functional validation of neurite outgrowth and organoid growth
  • Fungi, Bacteria, and Mycoplasma-free
  • LDEV-free Endotoxin less than/equal to 4 EU/mL

Typical protein concentrations for Extragel Matrix by our partner MegaRobo range between 8 to 12 mg/mL. Extragel Matrix High Concentration ranges from 18 to 22 mg/mL. In some instances, individual lots may fall outside this range. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with each. Each lot of Extragel Matrix documents exact endotoxin and protein concentrations.
